Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesdays is a collaborative project brought to you by Art Rapids, Arts for All of Northern Michigan, Crooked Tree Arts Center, Glen Arbor Arts Center, Oliver Art Center, and Parallel45 Theatre Company!

Our organizations want to help you stay well in EVERY way through this challenging time.

Each Wednesday from May 27th – July 1st, we’ll be bringing you a quick video on various topics of wellness and art and culture!

If you’d like more instruction or are interested in exploring a certain subject further, just connect with the host organization for more resources!

We want to see how you’re staying well! If you’d like to share your creations, please send your photo or video to the organization email in the description or post on their social media pages using the hashtags:

Follow Along!

Follow each of the organizations on social media to catch the new videos weekly! Just click on the icons below and like/follow the accounts to be updated with the videos! We will also be posting each video here as they are shared.

Share the Love!

This project will also host a virtual tip jar linked to each video and teaching artist. We encourage leaving some love for these working artists during this uncertain time. All tips will be evenly distributed between all the artists at the culmination of the project.
