New Programs in the Works!
Arts for All is currently working to develop three new programs: an Early Childhood Playgroup: Little Artists, an Ongoing Adaptive Art Experience, and ACCESS Jr.
Ongoing Adaptive Art Experiences – Martial Arts & Yoga
This weekly program is designed to run for at least a semester, and allow students and adults to experience one art form for multiple weeks, leading to greater success and stronger relationships. Both Aikido, the peaceful martial art, and Adaptive Yoga, are proven to benefit mental, emotional, and physical health, and will be led by experienced and certified instructors. This class also creates opportunities to meet new friends!
Little Artists Adaptive Playgroup for birth to 5 year olds
This bi-monthly program is designed to meet the needs of birth to Kindergarten children, and their families. Designed and led by a retired Early Childhood Special Education Specialist, this program will focus on important developmental skills, while offering opportunities to experience many different kinds of art! This will be a group for children with and without disabilities, and remain limited to a small group.
ACCESS Jr – A monthly adaptive art and cultural outing for elementary age students and their families.
This program will compliment our current ACCESS program, which provides a monthly social art or cultural event for teens and adults. ACCESS Jr. will serve all Elementary and Jr. High students, in the 5-county area.
These programs are still in development, and we still raising the necessary funds to implement them. Stay tuned for more information!
